Throw this storage cover over your horse trailer to protect it from rain and snow while you're storing it in between trips. Cover wraps around the bottom corners of your trailer and secures with integrated straps so it won't flap in the wind.

Specs:
You're worried about your horse trailer getting wet and dirty in storage before you need to transport your horses again. Whether you're storing your trailer in the rainy northwest, snowy north, or humid south, this weather-resistant cover is designed for use in extremely wet climates so your trailer will be protected. When you keep your trailer covered, you are less likely to need to wash and wax it in between trips. And if you want to trade your trailer in for a newer model later down the road, this cover will help maintain that resale value.
The 3-ply SFS AquaShed top panel reduces moisture buildup that can damage your trailer over time. It also beads water when it rains to stop it from pooling or freezing, which eliminate the black streaks and corrosion you tend to see on the sides and roof of your trailer. And when the rain stops, the fabric dries quickly to minimize the development of mold and mildew. The top panel blocks the roof of your trailer from mild sunlight as well, protecting the cover from cracking and fading.
How to Measure Your Horse Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your trailer from the very front to the rear bumper, making sure you're accounting for any gear on the back. The cover isn't meant to fit over the tongue of your trailer, so don't include it in your measurements. Then measure the overall height from the bottom of the trailer to the top. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Trailer
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your trailer, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your trailer to remove any excess slack in the material. Attach the included cinch ropes to the front and the rear of the cover and pull on them until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your trailer. And then toss the weighted straps underneath your trailer to the other side and buckle them together, which keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job.
And if you need to grab supplies, you can use the zippered panel on the passenger's side to easily access the interior of your horse trailer without having to completely remove the cover. You can also unzip the entire panel on the back of the trailer so you can open the tack door and load and unload gear.

Purchased for a 6x10 enclosed trailer with vnose. Make sure you get the next larger one if you have the Vnose trailer. This is my second one. Fits great!
Excellent fitment of my 12x6x8 enclosed trailer!! Awesome placement of the side door access and rear door access of the zippers openings.
Great materials and looks well made.
Used a ladder to put it on. Don’t know how it would go without one. Buckled up nice and tight. I put this on a 6x12 trailer and it fit very well. I have moving blankets over the entire trailer to reduce hail damage while in Colorado.
As always great product and better serv ice.

Good
I purchased this for my 12 x 6 motorcycle trailer. I read the warning notice that came with the cover about measuring your trailer before unpacking. My trailer measured 12’ 2 1/2” . Because my trailer is only 6’ wide, I assumed it would fit lengthwise and just be a little wide. Wrong guess. I got it on, but it ain’t pretty. I see no way this would fit any 8’ wide trailer that is 12’ long and I would recommend going with a larger size or different manufacturer.
Nice Tight Fit... I Am Very Happy With Your Product...
Wish It Didn't Take So Long For Shipping...
Didn’t Fit.
The delivery was Pretty fast but When I received my package I got a used damaged box.

Great! No rips, tears, snags! Its held up beautifully in a northern Michigan winter.
We have a 13' (10' box) rear open travel trailer. Because we wanted rear access, we went with this horse trailer cover. The size was right but there were several tears after the first winter. It seemed to be the corners and in the license plate area. The cover seems to have done the job (no damage to trailer) but it's not as sturdy as I would have liked. We've patched it and will try it again this winter but I fear 2 years is about as long as it will last. There's not much else at that size with rear open so it is what it is.
Wore out literally 1 year and 3 days after purchase. The sun cooked it and ripped down the side of the trailer. Cheap materials will do that to you.

Perhaps the only good news here is that this cover comes with a two year warranty. I have already sent you their contact information. They prefer to handle all warranty claims directly.
This cover fits great and after a year is still in use. Unfortunately it tears very easily on the sharp trim edges which has caused several holes near roof line. The top “cotton-like” layer is also starting to break down. I’ve tried placing card board and layers of plastic between the cover and trim but these measures only work when there is no wind. Would like to see future models be reinforced around the roof line it would definitely add to the life span of the cover.
The material being so lightweight easily tears. I don't expect that this will hold up very well. It also took awhile to put on the trailer and the instructions for doing so were not very clear. I was hoping for something that would be easier to put on and take off especially if you want to get the trailer ready for a trip. This is not the product for that. I would rather have something that is more substantial and willing to pay more for it. At this point I really don't know how long this will last especially with going thru the winter.
The quality of the product look great. Unfortunately it did not fit. I was told part number 290–46002 would fit a V-Nose trailer that was 6’x12’. It will not fit. You will need to order the next larger size that will fit a 14 foot trailer if you have a V- Nose configuration.

Good value product....some fabric colour fading.
Can’t open trailer doors while this is on. Defeated the purpose for me.

You mentioned that you are unable to open the trailer doors while it is on and I have a follow up question that I would like to ask. Are you unable to open the doors even with the zippered panels built into the cover?
Katie

Correct. When it was properly positioned on the roof, the fabric came down too much in front of the doors, so the doors would not open without ripping fabric. The seams on each side prevent the door from rolling up enough to allow clearance for the trailer doors to swing open. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the zippers could be opened another 3-4”. This was very disappointing and a waste of money n as I use my trailer as a garage.
I have had nothing but excellent products and services from etrailer. I haven't installed the cover yet, but will this weekend. Not sure how easy this will be to install by myself, or if I will need help. I think the added rope will allow me to drag it across the top of the cargo trailer. I will let you know if I have any trouble.

We have had this cover on our horse trailer for a year and it has held up wonderfully. We store our hay and straw inside and use the zippers all the time and there is no wear and tear showing at all. This is a great cover!!
It protected for a year but has turned to tissue paper. It tore apart as I was taking it off.
It was outside for the year but, not too severe a winter in WV.
If you're planning for more than a year with this cover, forget it.
Measurements were right on! Trailer cover was put on our trailer and It was a perfect fit!!!!!! :) Very pleased with cover and how quick it was delivered. Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!!! :) I will recommend you to anyone looking for a trailer cover. I will try to get a picture to you soon. I give you 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
Order was shipped on time and one day e arly!
This is the second cover that has rotted away in 11 months. The top of cover simply desentigrated to nothing but dust. Not worth the money for every 11 month replacement. A tarp would be better
For the money it will do the trick for a few months, but it's pretty flimsy, not sure how it will hold up under the Florida sunshine. My trailer is 12ft, I bought the one that was 10-12ft in length, I wish I had bought the 12-14ft as it fits pretty tight, all in all though it will do for now and it arrived on time.

It could be that the V nose section of the trailer added additional length that would need a bigger sized cover. To be on the safe side I would remeasure the trailers length not including the trailer tongue, the sidewall height undercarriage to natural roof line, and the widest point of the trailer. These covers will accommodate rooftop accessories such as AC units and vents.
