Question:

Was wondering if Thule sells a 1.25” to 2” adapter for the t2 pro xtr 1.25” hitch size. I’ve Used the apex and it had a sleeve to go between 1.25 and 2” sizing

I wish it were that simple, but since the 1-1/4" Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH23JV uses the anti-rattle device as the main way to secure the rack to the vehicle, Thule doesn't make an adapter to a 2" receiver and I can't safely recommend using one.

The only way to get the rack so that it will work with a 2" receiver is to purchase and install the Replacement Lower Assembly # TH37MY. This then changes the rack to the version part # TH83JV that works with a 2" hitch receiver.

If you'd like an alternative that is able to work with both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers then I recommend checking out the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY10007-05. This has the same basic features as the T2 Pro XTR but it's a little simpler and it has an adapter for both hitch sizes.
