Will base plate curt 70106 work with my blue ox tow bar I’ve got a 2019 f150 xlt super crew cab and a 10,000 pound blue ox tow bar

The correct Curt Base Plate Kit for your 2019 Ford F-150 is part # C48JR and it will fit with Blue Ox tow bars, yes.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
