No Power When Using Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles for 2019 Ford F-150

Question:
I installed this plug and play wiring harness on my 2019 F-150 XL regular cab short bed and I swapped out the four flat plug for a six round plug. I followed all instructions on the installation video on your website for the 2018 F-150 and I double and triple checked my wiring in the six round female adapter plug to make sure it was all goodthe first time I had the plug turned and wired everything one off. The truck’s lights work on its own power, but nothing works when plugged into the umbilical. Could my initial mistake have blown out something on this harness, or could something else be wrong?

The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles part # HM56009 which is a fit for a 2019 Ford F-150 uses the vehicle's trailer tow package ports for power. If you're having issues then I recommend checking the trailer towing fuses in the power distribution fuse box.
If you still have issues it will be a good ideal to rule out the umbilical or motorhome using a circuit tester. The only other thing that it could be is the integrated converter which would be the last thing to diagnose by testing for power leading in and leaving using a circuit tester.
