Can You Use a Weight Distribution System On a 2023 Honda Pilot

Question:

Do you know if the factory hitch on the 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport is compatible with the Blue Ox TrackPro? We would be using it with an Airstream Basecamp. I dont know the reasons but have heard some hitches are not compatible with weight distribution systems.
