Hey Justin, thanks for reaching out. We can definitely get you a weight distribution hitch for your 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 170BH, but the Curt # C69JR you mentioned is a bit overrated for that setup. That is for trailers with a tongue weight between 800 and 1,000 lbs, and your camper will realistically be around 400-600 lbs with batteries and fuel and stuff.
Instead, I recommend the Curt TruTrack 2P # C95MJ. This is for 500-800 lb tongue weight and your camper should be right within this range. This means there will be adequate tension on the spring bars to give you effective ride leveling and sway control. Overall, the Curt is a solid system for a decent price, and I think you will be happy with the results.
The main thing you will want to check is the space on the trailer tongue. The spring bar brackets must be placed about 31" back from the center of the hitch ball. You'll want to measure out your tongue and make sure there are no obstructions in this area. As long as you have room for the brackets, you will be good to go.
What tow vehicle do you have? Any cool trips planned once you get the WD system set up?

Hi. Sorry for the long delayed return comment. Thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly Jesse. I have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited right now, but am ordering a new 2026. Just haven't decided if I want another Wrangler, or a Gladiator. Still gathering info, as we are 1st time camper owners. Your info was appreciated!
