For a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C76HR. The installation is super easy, but will require you to slightly notch out the fascia a bit to fit the receiver tube. I've attached a short video below where the Shane will walk you through the process.
If you plan on towing a trailer then you'll also need at minimum a 4-pole wiring harness. For this I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C47WR. This harness has simple plug-in connectors so that you don't have to splice into your vehicle's wiring. It will require you to run a power wire up to the battery, but includes extra wire and all the supplies you'll need to accomplish the installation. I've attached a short video for this as well.
