Does Tekonsha T-One Wiring Kit Connect to 8-Pin Gray Connector on 2012 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
have a 2012 Pathfinder and installing the 118266 7 way kit. My pathfinder already has a 4 pin flat. The white connector in the 118266 kit which connects the lights and turn signals is a 6 pin but the pathfinder has an 8 pin gray connector on the car. Should the white 6 pin fit into the original 8 pin gray connector? If not , what is the correct part I would need?

The white plug that comes with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 should be a 12-pin connector that plugs in at the cab behind the passenger's side kick panel. The other ends of the 12-pin connector will connect to the included relays.
The wiring harness that has the 7-Way connector plugs in at the back of your 2012 Nissan Pathfinder and should match up directly with the plugs found near the driver's side rear tire. You will likely need to disconnect all of the wiring from your 4-Way to be able to install this wiring kit.
Attached is an installation video of this kit on a 2022 Nissan Frontier for you to reference and see what we did.
