Is the AL57595 air bag the correct choice for my 2015 3500 Dodge Diesel Dually with 4 wheel drive?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57595 are a confirmed fit for a 2015 Ram 3500 Dually 4x4. I checked this with Air Lift for you as well. These are an excellent option to provide rear end support while towing or hauling heavy loads. They are adjustable so you can always get the perfect mix between support and comfort. They also offer a completely bolt-on installation so there are no modifications required.
Please note, if you would like to be able to control the air bags from inside the cab on the fly, you'll need an on-board air compressor system for which I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL74000EZ. This is a wireless system so there's no running air lines or wires into the cab, just from the compressor to the airbags. The compressor is also already on a mount which simply bolts-on onto the frame.
