Whats the length from the hitch hole to the bracket? Does it come with the balls? Can I chose the ball size? I need 1 7/8 and 2

From the hitch pin hole to the back end of the height adjusting bracket on the Curt Slim Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount - 2" Hitch # C46KR measures about 5-3/4" and then from that same hitch pin hole to the start of the support bracing measures about 3-1/2" (see attached).

This ball mount does come with the 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls. These sizes come standard with the ball mount and it doesn't look like Curt offers a combination including the smaller 1-7/8" hitch ball size. For something similar that does allow you to easily switch between hitch ball sizes I recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10047B instead.
