Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this BulletProof Hitches Stainless Steel Receiver Lock for Adjustable Ball Mounts. Now, this trailer hitch receiver lock is going to be used in place of your standard hitch pin and clip to prevent theft of your BulletProof Hitches Adjustable Ball Mount for your 2-inch, your 2 1/2-inch or 3-inch trailer hitch receiver. Now as you can see, I do have one here on my table to show you, but we do sell this in different quantities as well. So for instance, if you just need this one, you see the part number there.

But like I said, we sell these as a set of two and then as a set of three. So whichever quantity is gonna work best for you, you can just take the part number, pop it in the search field of our website and that will take you to the quantity that you are looking for. So for instance, if you decide to get three of these, the first pin can be used to lock your adjustable ball mount to your trailer hitch receiver, and then the second pin can secure the ball platform to your ball mount. And then, the third pin can be used to secure your pin-to-lock or other accessory to your ball mount. Now as we take a closer look here, the pin diameter is 5/8ths of an inch.

And let me go ahead and give you some other measurements as well just so you've got a good idea of the size. So, I wanna give you the usable pin length. It's also called the span. So, the measurement from in between here. So, it looks like we're sitting pretty close to right at 4 inches on that usable pin length.

And then, the overall length, if that's something you were wondering about as well. From end to end, we're sitting pretty close to about 7 5/8ths inches or so. So, that's the overall length. Now this does feature a very heavy duty stainless steel construction, so this is gonna hold up really well for you. It's gonna be very durable.

It's going to resist rust and corrosion. As you can see, we do have this weather resistant rubber cap that's going to cover that keyhole to keep out dirt and debris and things like that. This does have a sheer strength of 36,000 pounds. So, very, very rugged. It's gonna hold up really well for you. And I just wanted to give you a brief demonstration of how easy this is gonna be to work. So each pin, each locking pin is gonna come with two keys. So, just give it a turn there. And then that's going to allow me to unlock this. And then, what I do like about this is I can turn that back to the locked position, remove the key, and then when I'm ready to lock this back up, I don't need the key in the key hole, I can just push it together, and then I will be locked back into place. So, this also includes a 2-inch and a 2 1/2-inch anti-rattle stabilization spacers to prevent side to side movement. So, let me just insert my key there again. So, whichever one's gonna work best for your particular application, you'll just slide that on as an anti-rattle device. So, that's really a nice inclusion to this. I don't think the previous pins had those spacers, so it's nice to see that included. So again, for your 2-inch or 2 1/2-inch. And then it also has this R clip here that you can also use to help keep the lock stable. And that's also gonna help limit rattling. So again, two keys are included with each pin. And I did want to point out as well that these are not designed to be used with BulletProof Hitches Weight Distribution Shank there. The shank there that you see there on your screen, in case you we inchesre wondering. But again, BulletProof Hitches is known for making very durable, very strong, robust products. And if you're looking for a way to easily protect your investment, this is really gonna be a great option for you to consider, and it's going to be very long lasting for you.
