Question:
I have a 2009 Tundra that has a factory tow package. With that package includes both a 7 pin round and 4 flat connector. I mostly use the 7 pin. I am not seeing where this controller will work on the 7 pin. Will it work? C51170,C51515

Since your 2009 Toyota Tundra has the factory tow package, you will want the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter item # C51362. This adapter will plug into a port which is under the dash to the left of the steering column.
You will be able to use this adapter to install the Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller item # C51170 without having to cut or splice wires.
The Universal Wiring Adapter for Curt Trailer Brake Controllers item # C51515 you referenced, is for vehicles without the tow package. It has to be hardwired in.
I have linked an installation video below along with a picture to help you find the port in your Tundra.
