Does this hitch fit a 2019 Prius Prime? If not, what model number do I need and who can do the installation for me? Thanks!!

The correct EcoHitch for your 2019 Prius Prime is the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7369. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Prius with included hardware. It also has a 2" receiver.
The item # EH53VR hitch you were looking at fits the standard Toyota Prius not the prime model.
As far as installation goes. If you scroll down the left side of the product page you will see a blue link below the pictures labeled, Locate installers near me. You will want to click on it and input your zip code. This will give you a list of installers in your area that are a part of our network.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56371 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
