The best air bag suspension kit for your Silverado is going to be the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs item # AL88288. These air bags are compatible with in-bed hitches and rail kits like the Reese Quick-Install Kit item # RP56015-53 you were looking at.
To install these air bags, or any other brand on your 2020 Silverado 1500, you will have to drill some holes. I have linked an installation video below.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command I item # F2097. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab.
