While the Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks # TH21608 you mention is not a fit for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 as they were designed to work with the 2009-2014 model years, however I do still have another solution for you.
Instead, check out the:
-Base Rails for Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Racks # TH21781.
These base rails will work with your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali with a 6-1/2' bed and will provide the adequate mounting points for a ladder rack like the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-781.
