Where To Position Trailer Leaf Spring Hangers on Triple Axle Trailer Before Welding

Question:

We’re are cutting off the old hangers off a toy hauler that is triple axle because of it being out of alignment, we need too know what the distance is for center to center for these hangers we have 7000lbs axles and 3500lbs springs with cre3000 equalizers The springs are 25” center to center and 1 3/4 wide

I do have a guideline for you in regards to trailer leaf spring hanger spacing on a triple axle trailer with 25-1/8" to 25-1/4" trailer leaf springs but we can't offer specific measurements as there are too many variables involved. That said, I have attached for you below a good starting point like what is used for a kit like the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APTT5. From there, you'd need to adjust to your specific setup before welding by mocking everything up first.
