We offer three cast head 2-5/16-Inch A-Frame Couplers that carry a higher weight rating than the 14,000-lb-rated Fulton # F44314R0303 coupler that you referenced.
The link provided will show you each of these 15,000-lb-rated wedge latch couplers from Bulldog. Two of these are weld-on couplers but a bolt-on unit is also available, part # BD44150WH301, which includes an attachment point for a round utility jack.
The two weld-on units are both 18-inches in length and share common features and capacities, but one accepts a round jack (part # BD44150W0317) and the other a square jack (part # BD44150WQ317).
