Yes, the Westin HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps 4" item # W57RV or item # W64RV will fit the double cab models of the 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500 if you have the 8' bed. They will not fit the 6-3/4' bed or the duallys.
These custom-fit, full-length nerf bars have built-in hoop steps that make it easy to enter and exit your truck and get things out of your bed. The steps are stamped to give you extra traction.
These step bars attach without drilling using a custom installation kit that is included.
I have linked a couple of pictures below that will show you what these steps look like when installed on a Chevy Silverado.
If your Silverado 3500 has the shorter 6-3/4' bed or is a dually you will want to get the Westin HDX Nerf Bars item # W49XQ or item # W55XQ.
