Yes, they do. It is the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7257. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to the 2021 WRX's frame with included hardware. I really like this hitch because it mounts directly behind your rear bumper and the receiver is accessible through a hidden knockout panel.
The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7257 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video that will show you what this hitch looks like installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56259 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
