Question:

I currently have 4 inch round stop and turns on my trailer looking to add backup lights problem is I have no room to add hole for extra light any suggestions?

It sounds like you're needing a light like the Great White LED Trailer Back Up Light # PE44AR. This has a 7" diameter and a simple 2-wire connection. Since it's a surface mount light you only need to make a small hole for the wiring instead of a whole cutout for the entire light.

If you're looking for more of a flood light so you can see easier behind your trailer I recommend checking out the Low Profile LED Flood Light # OPT64FR which is also a surface mount light (so only a small hole in the back for the wiring) and it has an angled beam so you'll mount it to the top of your trailer and get a clear view behind you.
