Replacement Parts For Yakima BlackTop Pro Roof Top Cargo Carrier

Question:

Well, at least I think I have a BlackTop Pro. See photos. The boxs serial number inside has worn off. The supports keep coming off the ball-and-sockets at both ends. I assume the supports are worn, and I can use a mallet method to install new ones. They do appear to be the same support on both sides, but I was given this box so I dont know how they might have been swapped in the past. What should I order? Thanks!

It does appear you have a Yakima BlackTop Pro cargo carrier. Unfortunately the only replacement part still manufactured for your box is the Replacement Mounting Clamp # Y62XR. You may be able to locate some of the lid supports in good used condition otherwise you may consider a new box like the Yakima CBX # Y66FR. This particular box is 16 cubic feet and allows for operation from either the drivers or passenger side.
