Question:

The hitch is the OEM 2014 Mopar class 4 hitch mounted to the frame rails and not the Curt hitch that was on older models that was mounted to metal under the bumper which failed when a cargo system with downward pressure was applied. It was strictly for towing. I am looking for a swing away hitch arm and cargo box setup that allows the cargo box to clear the rear passenger side door preferably more than 90 degrees without hitting the door. It can be mix and match Kuat, Yakima EXO, Stowaway, rockymounts etc. I will be carrying a light load of no more than 150 lbs or so not including the box and swing away arm. I am not interested in a bike rack because the van already has one. I included a few pictures that aren’t relevant.

To carry that much weight you'd need the Yakima EXO with two cargo boxes part # Y74ZR which has an 80 lb weight capacity for the top box and a 100 lb capacity for the bottom box. Then to give you the additional clearance past the rear of the vehicle you would need the hitch extender part # Y69VR too and you'd be set.

The single box setup from Yakima only has a 100 lb weight capacity which is why it wouldn't work.
