There is an air bag kit for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Firestone with their Coil-Rite kit # F29ZR.

This kit fits both the 2WD and 4WD versions of your vehicle and it installs inside the coil springs so it's a little different than your standard air bag kit but it's still effective. I've attached an installation video as well as a photo of this kit on a 2020 Gladiator for you to reference.

I like to recommend an air compressor with any air bag kit because it allows you to monitor and adjust your air bags on the fly instead of having to make a special stop just to change the amount of air pressure in them. For your application I recommend checking out the Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System # AL25804 which comes with a covered air compressor and a manual gauge for making your adjustments.

If you'd like something that requires zero maintenance then I recommend checking out the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS62XR which simply replaces the factory bump stop with a larger, better version that helps out when needed instead of you having to adjust it on your own.
