The Trailer Axle with Electric Brakes part # e73SR has a slight arch to it which is designed to flatten when the trailer is loaded so you cannot rotate the axle to shift the spring seats on top. It's setup from the factory for underslung applications. In order to use this axle in an overslung application you'll need the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-385-00. This allows for a bolt-on swap without any cutting or welding required.
