Question:
Do I need to put gasoline in the generator separately?

Hi Lavana!
The Onan Generator - Quiet Series 4000 EVAP Onboard RV Generator - 4,000 Watts - Gasoline # CM32ZR does need to have an external/auxiliary tank to tap into to operate (either just a tank like on a 5th wheel, or the gas tank on an RV). It does not have a tank built into it for use, unfortunately. If you check out the included picture, I circled the fuel inlet area.
If you are wanting something with an onboard tank, you would need something like the Onan 4,500-Watt Portable Inverter Generator - Gas - Remote Start # CM76MR. This has a 3.4-gallon fuel tank and will run the generator for 18 hours (at 25% load), but it is a portably style unit.
What are you wanting to install this on?
