Can Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains be Used on 2016 Ram ProMaster 3500 With 225/75-16 Tires

Question:

I have a 2016 Ram Promaster 3500. In your ad for the Titan #TC2319 it says, Confirmed to fit 2016 RamProMaster 3500 Does this mean that it will fit the tire or that this chain has enough clearance to actually be be used on this ProMaster. Thanks

Good question; the "confirmed to fit" does just mean that it fits 225/75-16 tires on your 2016 Ram ProMaster 3500, and is not indicative of clearance. However, per the owner's manual I looked up, there is not clearance restrictions, so you can use the Titan tire chains you asked about:

- Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2319

The manual did say they should be on the front tires only of your ProMaster, so keep that in mind. Additionally, with these chains you will need tensioners to ensure a consistently tight fit, the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjusters # TCMA2.
