Does the Blue OX BLU52XR have a set back like the Andersen hitch and possible work for a Ram 67 bed

I have a solution for you but the Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # BLU52XR does not offer any offset and would not give you enough clearance to make turns with your 6-1/2' bed.
Since you have the Ram prep package with the in bed pucks I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3670. The Companion Slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.
