The 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls that come welded to the Flash Solid Steel HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # FA49-00-5925 are not removable but you should be able to get a replacement ball platform from the manufacturer if needed. The only reasons I can see for this to be needed is if they were damaged or stolen. The latter is much more likely to happen but you can prevent this with a set of locking pins, the Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set part # FA86-00-4225.
