Will Gooseneck Ball for GM/Ford also Fit Ram Puck Kit

Question:
Will the curt factory gooseneck ball for a GMC/Chevy/Ford fit in the Ram factory gooseneck? I know the pucks are slightly different. What about the ball fitment?

The Ram rail kits are unique so the other gooseneck OEM ball kits would not fit your 2019 Ram 2500 so you'd need to use a kit designed for it like the Curt # C60618.
