Does Install of Demco Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit DM8552032 Require Removal of Bed Support

Question:
Installing the dm 8552032 kit for the Demco hitch. Question is do you have to cut the bed support out to put the bracket in? This would be for the back bracket. I have attached a picture of what I am asking about.

I went over the instructions for the Demco fifth wheel bracket kit part # DM8552032 that you referenced and the rear brackets do not require removing the bed supports. They install just to the sides of them. You can see this in steps 9 and 10 in the attached instructions.
