When it comes to The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 not turning on I would first check the ground cable between the pump motor and frame it could be a defective ground. I would then remove the panel and unplug it from the back leaving it unplugged for at least 15 minutes so that it loses all of the residual power and is completely shut off. After that plug it back in. If you still have the blank screen then it will be a power issue from your trailer.
