Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver and Wiring Harness For a 2023 Chevrolet Blazer

Yes, we have our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e36YR which fits all trims on your 2023 Chevrolet Blazer besides the premier trim. I prefer this receiver over others as it uses the matte black finish which best accents the OEM fascia trim and I find is more durable.

I recommend installing either the 4-Way Flat T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118720 or 7-Way T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118276 when you install the receiver. The 4-way harness is best with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 and for use with small utility trailers. The 7-way would need an Adapter # PK12716 to use with 4-way trailer connectors. You will need this 7-way if you are towing a larger trailer which comes with electric brakes.

The Mounting Bracket # 18140 and # 18144 will allow you to secure the 4-way flat connector to the receiver without drilling. If you go with the 7-way you will need the Mounting Bracket # 18140 and # 18138.
