Can I Use Fiberglass Resin With Bunk Carpet On My Pontoon Boat Trailer

Question:
I just made a purchase of some bunk bracketts my question is this a good idea? For our pontoon I just built. Is I it okay to take regular 2x6 and cover it with fiberglass resin and tyen cover it with bunk carpet. My pontoon is20 feet. I just dont care for treated lumber at all.

It would be ok for your to cover them fiberglass resin and tyen cover. You will not having any problems doing so.
