Can this pin box be used with a B&W Companion Hitch that utilizes the B&W Turnoverball setup? I’m wondering if this hitch would be considered a gooseneck to fifth wheel adapter???

That's a good question, and yes, the two are compatible. The type of gooseneck adapter that cannot be used with the Flex Air are adapters that attach to the pin box. So you can use the Companion with the Turnoverball rails and Flex Air set up. For example, if you had a 2022 Ford F-350 and were replacing a Lippert 1621 pin box you could use the following:

- Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 # LC369535

- B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W

- Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116-5W
