How are Generator, Shore Power, Converter, and Inverter Typically Connected

Question:
Generator, shore , inverter, converter charger How would this setup be wired without the inverter making a loop, do I have to rewire the converter charger to get the correct setup ? I know the gen and shore go to the first transfer switch then power out to the next transfer switch that has inverter and main I still don’t understand how the inverter charged gets wired ? Or if it just stays the same with making the dreadful loop of power , battery to inverter to main back to battery

You'd need to use a transfer switch like the Go Power Automatic Transfer Switch part # 34264403 that you referenced for the output of the generator and the shore power to run to. From that you'd run to the converter charger which will convert the AC to DC to charge your battery and then you'd also run to the inverter to invert the DC power back to AC for any AC power. Your converter/charger may have an inverter section built into it or an out put that is AC without requiring the inverter.
