Yes, there is an airbag kit that fits your 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and is compatible with 5th wheel hitches like the B&W item # BWRVK3500-5W.

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs item # F2700. These fit both the 2WD and 4WD models of the 2001 Sierra 2500HD. These springs have a 7,500 lbs tongue weight capacity to level out your rear end will towing. They will also provide a more comfortable ride while you are not towing or hauling a heavy load.

The brackets for the air bags sometimes share a common mounting hole on the frame. If this happens you will want to use the bolts supplied with your 5th wheel kit as they are a higher grade.

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command II item # F2219. This dual path on board air compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab.
