Will this hitch work with the 2020 Stelvio not Quadro , all information and videos are showing 2018 and 2019. Will this hitch clear the exhaust? and which of the 3 hitches is recommended for the 2020 Stelvio TI SPORT?

The 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio (All Models) would be best matched with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # SH54FR for bike racks and cargo carriers or the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit part # SH54FRT for trailer towing and bike racks/cargo carriers. This is the best hitch option for this vehicle as it looks the best, the crosstube is hidden behind the bumper and the receiver tube is removed while not in use for a 100% factory finish.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13391 (excluding Quadrifoglio) is a good option and a confirmed fit but I don't think you'll be happy with the finished product as the crosstube is visible from under the bumper which is unsightly and also reduces ground clearance. If you don't have the budget for the Stealth, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76199 (excluding Quadrifoglio) is a good compromise as the crosstube is hidden but the receiver tube is not even when in use.

Please note, if you chose the Curt because of the easier install just remember, you only have to install the hitch once whereas you'll be looking at it everyday.
