There are multiple crossbar size options available for a 2022 Subaru Forester, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA137B-2 for 54" or part # RRVA126B-2 for 49" and part # RRSX100. The best size for you comes down to what you'll be carrying. If you're just looking to use a cargo box or basket then go with the 49" but if you're looking to carry a few bikes, kayaks, etc. or a combination of any then go with the 54". If you aren't totally sure what you'll be carrying then just go with the 54" so you don't limit yourself. I like the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System because it's the best bang for your buck.
