Which End of Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack Faces Forward on Vehicle
Updated 11/04/2024 | Published 10/06/2024 >
Question:
Hey, I did not see a picture attached and just to be clear the thick end faces forward and the narrow end faces backward. It was not clear at all from the installation instructions, but they seemed to indicate the narrow end should face forward, which is what I did, but I am getting wind noise even after putting in the underneath moulding. Thanks, Scott

Hey Scott, yes the thicker end of the Malone AirFlow2 part # MPG215 does face the front of the vehicle.

Hi, I did change the rails for the thick end to face forward, but I am getting constant wind noise or whistling. I have put the end caps on and all filled the gap on the bottom with the rubber molding. Do you have any ideas what might be causing it? I do try and listen with my head out the windows, but really hard to hear exactly where it is coming from. Thanks, Scott
