Troubleshooting A Controller For The Solera Smart Arm Awning That Has No Power

Question:
I have power from the main switch inside. But none from the smart arm controller outside on the awning.

It sounds like you have either a loose connection, or you may just have a bad controller. What you'll want to do first is, check the wiring to the controller, and make sure they are making full contact inside the controller and the motor.
You're also going to want to make sure that there are no broken or damaged wires. If there is, you'll want to replace the wires in place and check again for functionality.
The other thing you can check is the pins on the controller for corrosion. If those pins are corroded and cleaning them off isn't working, then you're going to need to replace your controller with the:
