Furrion Thermostat Flashing E3 Error Code On a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Camper

Question:
Working on a 2022 model transcend with Furrion AC and thermostat. I have taken down the control box for the AC and have also taken the thermostat off the wall unhooked all the wires and then directly wired the thermostat to the wiring from the control box and have also fully inspected 12 volt power supply line for any kinks or damage and did not find any. Thermostat is still flashing E3 code. I have also checked and double checked that wiring to thermostat is connected properly and in the correct order. What else could cause an E3 code?

It sounds like there is an internal issue with either the Thermostat # FACW12PA-BL or the Control Box #FACC12SA-BL on your Furrion AC in your 2022 Grand Design Transcend. The E3 error code indicates and error in communication from the control box to the thermostat. As this is a fairly new camper you should check with your RV dealer to see if they can get the issue corrected under warranty for you. They should also have the tools needed to test both the control box and thermostat without having to purchase new parts and hoping you choose the correct one.
