The only trailer hub assembly we offer with a .750" (part # LM11949) inner bearing and a 1.250" (part # LM67048) outer bearing is the Trailer Hub Assembly part # AH15450ECOMP which uses a 4 on 5" bolt pattern. This is a very odd bearing combo used only on agricultural trailers so they don't make many bolts patterns available, in fact it's only one.

I just bought a small 5x8 trailer and it has 3/4 to 1-1/4 spindles on it with 5x4.5 lug hubs which bearings and hubs need changed spindles are good but I can't find the set up ANYWHERE
