The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15572 has a bolt-on installation with no welding required. It has a gloss black powder coat finish that is over a protective base coat which offers a superior rust resistance.

The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 15,000 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 1,500 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity for your vehicle.

The 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket # HM40975 will eliminate the need for an adaptor that allows you to tow a trailer with either a 7 or 4-pole plug. The socket will connect to your Dodge Ram Pickup's OEM wiring system and will mount with the included bracket.
