Hi, I purchased 3 Bolt Lock P/N 692917 to replace the locks on my 2020 Ford F350 Truck Cap. My ford key is part of the FOB and does not detach like many other vehicle fobs do. My key pops out of the fob and will start my ignition as well as open my doors. I believe it is one of those programable keys. When I tried to use it to work with my Bolt lock, it will not turn. Do I have the right lock and if not, what kind of key will work with it?

Unfortunately The Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch # BL692917 is not confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty. You will need The Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch # BL7025636. This lock will work with your side cut Ford FOB key.
The installation requires the retaining nut # BL4306752 to secure the cylinder in place.
