For a complete flat tow kit for your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Here is what I recommend:

etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - # e98950
etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar - # e34ZR (comes with safety cables)
Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit - # RM-15267
Stop Light Switch Kit - # RM-751449
Brake System - Part # DM86VR for hydraulic or part # DM26VR for air motorhome brakes
High-Low Adapter - See attached article (bracket height is 18-1/2")

I like the etrailer base plate kit because it fits all models of your vehicle so you don't have to worry about what sub-model you have, and then it also looks really sleek once installed and you can remove the pins for a hidden look when you aren't flat towing. The tow bar and safety cable kit is a simple but effective system that matches the base plates and is rated appropriately for your Grand Cherokee.

The wiring and brake kits I recommended are the most reliable we have to offer and they install permanently on your vehicle so you'll have minimal setup each time you go to tow. An added bonus is that the braking systems install in such a way that you won't even realize they are there when you aren't towing. The stop light switch kit gives the braking system a way to detect when your brake pedal is pressed for monitoring the towed vehicle braking.

I've attached a handful of videos for you to check out as well.
