Since you have a 3K rated Dexter # 10 Torflex axle on your 2013 Jayco JayFeather Ultra Lite 16 the lift kit you'd need is the # K71-707-01 which would provide 2-5/8 inches of lift.

The Jayco Jay Feather Lite x17z uses a Dexter Torflex Axle so we do have lift kits available. The correct one is the Torflex Lift Kit part #K71-707-01 for model #10 from 2,300 lbs to 4,000 lbs.
