Is There a Way to Use a 5th Wheel Hitch From a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in a 2022 GMC Sierra w/ Prep

Good morning, I have a 2022 GMC Sierra with factory puck system. I had a 2019 Chevrolet 2500 previously with the 5th wheel in that, will that work in my 2022 gmc?

There are ways to use your current 5th wheel hitch in the factory puck system in your 2022 GMC Sierra. But the correct way will depend on what 5th wheel hitch that you have.
If your 5th wheel hitch uses industry standard mounting points, then you could use an adapter like the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR which will fit in the puck system and allow you to use your industry standard hitch.
If your current hitch is for the 2019 Chevrolet/GMC prep package then you can use your current hitch head, but will need to switch out the base. Chevrolet/GMC changed the spacing on their puck system in 2020, so a hitch for your 2019 would not fit in a 2022.
