Can I swap out the bars on this WDH for bars rated for 400-600lbs? I accidentally bought too much hitch for my 2022 Palisade towing a 3900lb GVWR camping trailer

You are going to need a different system like the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-0800 which is rated for a tongue weight of 400-800lbs and trailer weight up to 8,000lbs. The Curt TruTrack 2P Weight Distribution System # C69JR is only offered in the one size 800-1,000lbs tongue weight and 10,000lbs max trailer weight. Curt does not make any other weight spring bars for the 2P system. You will be able to use different bars with the Fastway in the future if you move to a larger truck and camper.
You will need either a 2" Ball # EQ91-00-6080 or 2-5/16" Ball # EQ91-00-6100 to match your trailer coupler. And a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to tighten it to the hitch.
