For a totally hidden trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Honda Odyssey we have the Draw Tite part # DT76GR which has a removable lower section you can take off when not in use which would make it totally out of sight at that point. For trailer wiring the best solution is the Tekonsha part # 118781 which installs easily and also is the most reliable.
