Your dimensions are VERY close to what the standard 5,200 through 6,000 lb trailer axle bearings are designed for like what the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K uses. This has bearing dimensions of 1.75 and and 1.25 inch so it's very close. I would recommend remeasuring what you have to see if maybe the inner bearing is 1.75 inch. I would be shocked if it wasn't.
